How to Lead When You're Not in Charge

Great leaders lead with or without the authority to lead. Because every road of leadership forks at the intersection of authority and influence, learning to cultivate influence without authority is foundational to navigating culture today.

Join us in The Garage at Roam Dunwoody on October 31 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. for a Lunch and Learn hosted by Life Lessons Over Lunch. Clay Scroggins will walk us through the importance of cultivating influence and the concept of leading when you’re not in charge. Lunch will be served.

The first 25 registrants will receive a copy of Clay’s new book, How To Lead When You’re Not In Charge

As lead pastor of North Point Community Church, Clay Scroggins, provides visionary and directional leadership for the local church staff and congregation.
